By submitting this form, you are authorizing Schiager's Lawn Service to charge your credit
card for the monthly payment for the services provided to your property.  The amount you
provided will be the only amount that will be charged to your credit card on the date you
provided.  If for any reason the amount needs to be changed, you will have to resubmit a
new form to Schiager's Lawn Service with the corrected amount.  There will be a $1.50
service charge added to the amount you authorized (per transaction).  This fee is what is
charged to Schiager's Lawn Service for processing the credit card transaction.  If you
decide to cancel the recurring credit card charge; you have two options.  The first options to
submit a written documentation to Schiager's Lawn Service.  The second option is to fill
out the contact form (contact us link) and include in the comments to cancel the recurring
credit card transactions.
All customer information is confidential and will never be shared or sold to any third party.  
All customer information including credit card information is stored in a secure safe.  All
transactions will be processed by the owner (Paul Schiager Jr) only.
